[Amc-list] rim/wheel fitting

1971 AMC Javelin.
I want to order my new rims from Jegs but am a little nervous about the fit. Anyone fit 16in rims on their Javelin? I was thinking 16x7 in the front and 16x8 in the rear. The only reason i'm going up to a 16 is because most shops carry 16 tires, and 15s are getting phased out. I am currently running tiny little 14's from a Gremlin....
