That's why i honestly think, while efi is cool etc; in your case it is not worth the effort.
John Elle lives in a similar even toastier climate and he mentioned not seeing the gains he had hoped for on his Spirit.
  I, on the udder hand live in a fluctuating climate, don't tune well and love my efi swap! :]
