If you have the oil pan off you can use a piece of wood and a hammer and 
gentley tap it out from the inside.  

I've had trouble getting the replacement tubes to fit.  I finally used my 
bench grinder on the last one to trim it up a bit so it would fit.  I 
purchased it from APD.
