[Amc-list] Rear Axle Problem Resolved

I appreciate everyones advice about the axle problem with my '73 Javelin.
Rather than hunting all over creation for the right combination of axles, (I had four of them on hand), I welded a button to the end of the right axle and used a dial indicator to check for end play. I added and ground welds to the axle until I got the .006 that the book calls for so both axles are butted against the thrust block now and I have a nice quiet vehicle.
