Slang was/is "Moon" discs IIRC.
Moon sells them.
Try Speedwaymotors.com? Summitt, Jegs. 
They come in drill and screw on and hammer on. The crew on ones are authentic. required by sanctioning bodies so they don't fly off. Yes they were salt flat items.
The hammer on ones can be a bear to use, YOu have to be very careful or they dent/buckle.
