Re: [Amc-list] 79 concord electric wagon

Yeah, I know you aimed the post at the list. I was venting my frustration.
I sincerely hope you have better results then I have had. I try to keep a positive attitude, but it is very hard at this point.
It's been over 13 months since this all started for me. I never dreamed the least of my injuries would be the worst.
Docs that say they can't fix it, Physical therapy, surgery and now docs that won't help me.
I wish I was actually in the position to buy that wagon from you. I wanted it when you bought it off of evilbay. Still do.
I'd love to see it fully restored and operable, and in my garage! I've always had a deep interest in electric cars. It's also ironic that we finally have a job posting out for another guy at work which will allow me to have spare time to work on my stuff. Only to find that I may as well not have it. Doing physical labor right now only leads to misery. I actually signed up to steward Union labor at a concert this weekend as it is better then sitting around being miserable, plus it'll help me pay off some of the evilbay stuff I keep buying in the hopes I will be able to use it soon!
I will hold out hope that when I get into a pain clinic one of the few options left will work or at least let me work on a limited basis. Otherwise I will begin parting out everything but the American. I can find enough funds to pay someone to do the new trans and rearend in it. I can't begin to fund the convertible, it will have to go.
