A: Brian, you will want to find a later model that already has an AMC 4 in 
it for the conversion to go smoothly. The GM 4 in the pre '83 rigs mounts 
differently.

I have a 1995/1998  2.5 litre FI 4cly and 5 speed from a yj
jeep.
anybody know if this would be an easy swap into a 1981 SX/4.
I do realize I would have to find a harness and computor.
