Re: [Amc-list] 65 232 with auto.

The 65 tranny was not a leaker to my knowledge.
To fix it you need to diagnose it and locate exactly what is leaking.
Anything else is a guess.
If you don't have the gumption to do this yourself, find a shop that has the UV additives and blacklight or buy a setup.
Put the car up on stands, get it secure with he stands under the rear axle and front subframes and with the additive in place try running the car in gear, then check it with the blacklight. If it's a big leak this will show you exactly were it is coming from. The trick is to find the leak before the additive in the fluid gets scattered by wind and such.
We used these in the shops and rear drive trannies were actually the best use for the dies as they are easy to watch and check.
  Just be careful!!!
