HOTROD mag did an article on the system back in the 80's.
Maybe try a websearch. It's an easy to work on system that warks surprisingly well for it's level of simplicity.
   I remember the one thing that is Bassackwards is that the larger the jet or pill the leaner the engine will run as the pill dumps excess fuel back into the tank.
   One drawback was the total lack of cold start enrichment. Don't you remember all the pics of guys squirting fuel in the Tbodies?
   Now days I'd probably just rig an electronic injector to mist for cold start. Hit a button and crank it over. It would be fairly simple to setup.You could just tap the button to pulse the injector once and a while till it warmed up. You be able to keep it low tech enough not to blow th ewhole image of the project. It would beat needing a helper and a squirt bottle!
