[Amc-list] 68 American auto. trans.

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of converting my 66 american from a 199/T-96 to a 199/BW 
automatic from a 68 american.  I am swapping the entire drive train (engine, 
trans., driveshaft and rear axle) I have the column from a '65 American 
auto.  I am not sure how to hook up the back-up light switch.  There is a 
wire on the trans. (what is that for?).  Other than the back-up light switch 
any other tips on this swap would be most appreciated.  Thanks in advance 
for the help!
