My 73 Matador that I just changed the bushings on only has 25000+ miles 
since new.....the cups were labeled from the
factory....to front...to rubber etc.... I used the one piece insert vice 
the two piece from the factory....will see how its works
out.....After 7 years of a lot of short trip use...the car sat inside 
for most of its life with only a few hundred miles put on it one month 
or so out of the year for the next 23 years.....
