For more reference material, off-road sites that contain wheelers that build buggies (like http://pirate4x4.com/) will have tons of tech threads with 4-link build-ups and frame fabrication that contain pics, recommended parts vendors (brackets, bushings, arms, steel stock or recommended aluminum grades, joints, etc), and actual suspension math.

Just be careful if you decide to post and ask questions on that particular site.  They can be a rough crowd, lol.  Google should turn up a lot more smaller and friendier Forums.
