A: 2100 was internal. 2150 external (unless you have a radical cam, a 2150 
from a 360 would overfuel!)

There is an internal passage in the carburetor that runs vacuum
to the
chamber below the valve. If you take the cover under there off
you
should be able to see it next to the valve...
