Re: [Amc-list] AMC aluminum radiators

Armand, I thought you had gotten a reply, sorry if you hadn't, I'll be sure
to discuss it with them.

The ribs can be cut off (by the purchaser) if you like, it's possible to do
and MAY not compromise the rad. The warranty is gone once it's cut however.
The ribs you are referring to is a U channel and it is somewhat structural,
there isn't a good way to weld that piece if it's upside down and the
decision was made not to change the design for one order.

The group buy doesn't end until the 31st and deliveries are scheduled for 10
days from then, the details are on the site.

~John

Just wondering here, are all you guys that bought these radiators happy with
the way they look??
I've been trying to get an answer from Matt about rotating the flanged top
and bottom cap, even
for just one radiator. For some reason they are not making a decision if
they would do that or not.
John can you influence those guys a bit just to give me an answer?? Maybe
give me their phone
number or give them mine if need be. I would just like an answer, it's been
at least ten days since I asked !
thanks,
Armand
