[Amc-list] Which 4 speed



I think the Ford is a good tranny, but the issue for me has always been the location of the shifter.
The shifter on the toploader is mounted quite far back and in a small car, that can be an issue. I personally don't like the backward shifter in the Cobra kit cars.
If the shifter works out in the location you want, then go for it.
