Posted the first replay before reading the whole way thru.
I honestly don't know what would happen for sure, but If it were me and I lived in the land of no rust, had no pedal vibration and the existing rotors were nice. I would first try and see if there was any manufacturer links ot suggestions. If I could find nothign else. I would just break the glaze on the rotor with a scotchbright whell on a diegrinder or 100 grit emery cloth.
  Then follow the break in procedure of 5-6 stops from 40-60mph down to 10-20 mph, never comeing to a full stop. Then park the car till the brakes cool. Then I try and drive gently for sthe first few days. The idea is to outgas any solvents in the pads before forming a glaze on the surface. You probably know all that.
  Like you I don't resurface rotors unless they are rusted or warped. I've found the local shops resurface quality to be so poor for resurfacing anymore I no longer even bother.
If I try to tell them how I want my rotors done they treat me like an idiot.
  I just buy new Rockauto or Advance, whichever is more cost effective.
