I have absolutely no complaints with Gmail (Google)...  You can pop it right 
into Outlook Express.
The only difference is you get no spam...  That's a big difference from 
Verizon.net  who seems to send anything that comes into their public access 
mail servers to all their member subscribers who have to deal with it 
somehow...  I use Mailwasher (FREE!) for that.  I do like Verizon FIOS...

Now you are just as smart as I am about that...
