Sure, lots of ways:

1. Louder stereo.
2. Earplugs.
3. Leave in driveway.

Sorry. Not making fun of you, comiserating!

My rambler suffers this same disease (in the strut bushings). It
bugs me that it sounds like a "groaning old car" when in fact
it's as good as new.

As I'm sure you found out, grease, silicone spray etc all work
for as long as the stuff is in there -- a day or a week.

Something about the surface stiffness of the poly, it "strums"
like a guitar string when rubbed under pressure.

Bushing it with nylon, delrin, etc would probably do it but
that's not much of a suggestion.
