As Frank mentioned, the mailing list technology gunk is changing to a new server -- as it turns out, mine. I am about to do the switchover from the current server to the new one. For the next few hours, or possibly a day, service will be a bit screwy; new posts may get lost while the new domain name data propagates through the bazillion servers in the internet, so it's best to hold off until I or Frank posts that it seems OK to post to the list. The instability is temporary, and has nothing to do with quality or flakiness; a domain-name change takes time to propagate through the 'net. Once it looks like it switched over OK, I'll post to the list some URLs etc that you can use to adjust your settings. *** Messages sent from the new software will have some extra lines at the very bottom; links that will let you change your mailing list settings (digest or not, etc).
