If it's the heavy rubber gasket and fits in a channel, clean well and use NO sealer. Snug down tight. If using the cork gasket use an oil/fuel resistant sealer. The #2 non-hardening type seems to work better than RTV/silicone. It's a bit messier, but works. Don't use to much! With a cork gasket you just want to snug it down, over tightening will cause leaks. Make sure your PCV system is working correctly too. Over pressure in the engine contributes to valve cover gasket leaks. On April 3, 2006 Tom Jennings wrote: > It is just me?
