...have scanned the first 3 pages of the article
about Thomas Jeffery from the 2nd quarter 1978 (V16N2) issue of Automobile
Quarterly.
 ... This
has the biography of T. Jeffery up to about 1892. Any body want a copy? About 1 meg.

---------> Capital idea, Mr. Ames.  I would like a copy.

The Gremlin Birthday card had 12 hits on April 1 and 15 on April 2.  The extremely puny bandwidth of GeoCities' free site was exceeded in the first hour.  The bandwidth was exceeded 20 times on April 1.  Forgot to check for April 2.  I only expected about 3 or 4 people to see this thing.  So I slimmed down the page itself, and moved the large pictures offsite to a free image server, called filehut.com.  I called a friend who couldn't see it when he tried before.  He said that he could see it now.  I guess the links to other sites do work, even if you can't see my pictures.  I plan on playing around with this for most of the month, then move on to another whim.
Declared:  Gremlin month
