5th shock absorber kit per S.B

Has anyone got the service letters for the 1963-66 Ramblers that mention the
vibration problem with some cars. It was a shock that mounted horizontally
between the frame and the Right rear shock mount. It supposedly eliminated
some weird vibration problem that AMC had. I don't know if it pertained only
to the BIG car series (10/50/80) or if it included the 01 series also.
I have this vibration from the drivetrain(I believe) at approximately 32-35
mph, whether the car is driving ahead or just coasting(out of gear). I know
it is NOT the front wheel brgs. as I just installed all new ones due to
having a bad one on the left front.
The driveshaft u-joints have been replaced last year. Could a u-joint be
installed 180 degrees out? I get a low roaring noise above 50 mph (or so
it seems to my ears) I have convertible, so it may be wind noise.
I intend to jack the back end up and put it on jack-stands and run it in
gear up to where the vibration comes in and see if the driveshaft is out of
balance or what else might be wrong.
Jay.
