I've been trying to locate Motormax cars, and found this reference to the Rambler and Metro cars by a company I've never heard of before. One blurb on a website mentioned "new in 2004", so not to old a company. HEre's the reference : "...Another new brand of 1:87 scale diecast models is called Widea and has been created by the Hong Kong company Oriental Toys. On their first appearance at Nuremberg Toyfair they showed two ranges, one consisting of four different Ford Escort and Focus rally cars, the other consisting of four different compact cars from the 1950s: Morris Minor, Austin Mini, Metropolitan and 1952 Nash Rambler. " The Rambler look neat. I'll have to find some for my HO scale train layout project. :) Jerry --------------------------------------------------------- Jerry Casper , owner of 16 AMCs , including: '78 Gremlin GT / '70 Javelin / '70 Hornet / '79 Pacer / '76 Matador coupe / 1 V-8 Spirit '57 Chevy 210 4-door '55 Chevy Suburban Hobbies : scale model trains ( G, O-27, HO, TT, N ), Garden Railroading, slot cars ( all scales ), scale aircraft and rockets Esoteric interests : Blimps and Dirigibles, UL Aircraft ( sub - amphibious ), rideable scale trains, weird science and engineering __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
