While I know many Wisconsin natives fought and died during the Civil War, it's not like the CW in states where battles were fought. I don't get it -- why a Civil War museum in KENOSHA??? Doesn't make sense to me at all. Well, there is a Wisconsin Transportation Museum, in Hartford. They are supposed to have a good AMC exhibit. They used to have a web site, but I can't find it now. -- Frank Swygert Publisher, "American Independent Magazine" (AIM) For all AMC enthusiasts http://farna.home.att.net/AIM.html (free download available!) original message------------------------------- Date: Wed, 18 Jan 2006 17:20:41 -0600 Subject: Museum -Ha! Gee, I don't think any of us were living during the Civil War. The proposed Transportation Museum in Kenosha that the government blew (and the money) would of seemed to me to be a better choice than a Civil War Museum.
