Are you referring to just the transmission under dash portion, or was it an 87-90 Comanche and you didn't get the ECM? The parts from any 87-90 will work, and you can use an auto ECM with manual trans and vice-versa. The only difference I've noticed is that the auto ECM idles about 100-150 rpm higher, which makes it idle smoother. It's a bit rough with a manual ECM and auto trans.
