Speaking of carbs.....I'm on my second rebuilt 2 barrel for my 63 classic V8. Is there anything out there that I can use that will be a little more reliable? Every time I rebuild one of these....or have it rebuilt....I end up with the same issues...it starts dumping fuel like crazy into the bowl, floods and dies. Then it just surges cause the we can't get the float, etc. to work properly. I give up!
I hate to say it...but I'm open to considering a "non-original" part to resolve this....something I've avoided 'till now.
Anyway....any suggestions?
