The average mileage of a six cylinder 1980 Concord was only around 17, meaning around 20 on the highway. I doubt you'd do better than that, but might do as well. Of course the dual exhaust and a nice small 4V and aluminum intake will help mileage a bit. Stick with a 450-500 cfm carb (assuming this is still a 304) and you'll probably like it.
