I would check www.fedex.com USA "Ground" rates.  You may best band these
together to one package or perhaps bundle 2 together.  You will likely pay
on a per package basis.
You will need to know the size and weight of each package.  Measure each for
length, width, and depth.  Verify the weight of each package. the zip codes
for origin and for destination. Determine if residential delivery or pickup
at each end.  I suggest taking the packages to FedEx location or a Kinko's
for shipment.

I've found FedEx to be the least expensive package or parcel carrier and
their least expensive service is Ground or surface parcel and they have
about the best transit times for their services from what I have seen.
