Group 19 cam and R4B question

I just purchased a r4b with fact part #. Will this fit under the hood with the stock aircleaner, I get conflicting replies, also will it add any power to a stock 390, auto,3:15 posi with free flow exhaust manifolds (doglegs welded shut on the manifolds)

I also purchased a group 19 cam and debating if I will install on my original car. -Anybody know the @50 duration, the seller says 304 and 477 lift, but didn't have the @50-anyone use one before and have advice on the timing wheel when installing, I'm thinking advance so I don't loose too much low end. I don't want to put a stall converter in.
