Re: Anyone help me in 'shipping'??

I just looked at the pile of parts you won for $102.
Looks like even with shipping you got a fair deal.
The shipping quote he gave you is in line with what a one package 100lb ship will cost. I don't see the big deal here.
It may have been better for you to consider the costs of shipping before you bid.
I'm not flaming you and don't mean any ill will. But you bid, you won. If you didn't get a deal worked out on shipping before hand you are at the sellers mercy.
I've done the same thing, bidding on things before working out all the details and hoping for the best when it came time to get them. I drove 10 hours to pick up my 327 Jeep Vigilante and turbo 4oo/dana 20 setup for $280. because of the same figure it out later thinking.
I also Gave Garry Jacobs a complete 80,000 mile 4.0L Jeep engine in exchange for him shipping me the accesories and EFI, because I didn't plan ahead.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
Life goes on.

Nearly every case that I've check in last several years Fedex Ground parcel service is best as well as the least cost service. Usually UPS is next and USPS (Post Office) is highest. But it depends upon what you need or want for service.
