Eagle 4-door sedan spotted today near Dulles Airport, VA...

I was merging into traffic this evening, when I
spotted the unmistakeable AMC grille design behind me,
so I waited...and waited. Finally pulled into left
lane, and slowed down to let the thing pass. I thought
it was a Hornet at first, but turned out to be a
4-door Sedan Eagle, but it was riding low, I always
thought they rode high? Anyway, flesh colored, looked
good except for rear window sealer on sheet metal. Had
a few stickers on the car, and a long-haired 60's-ish
guy with beard driving it. Utah license plates. Pretty
decent shape! Guy never looked over, so I picked up
speed again and passed him and left him behind.
  Don't often see 4-door sedan eagles, and I don't
ever remember seeing them ride as low as a 2-wheel
drive car. Just looked....strange. Anyway, a
wonderful, if brief, AMC encounter today.
