BUY it!!!!  Ha, I am biased.  Actually most of the issues found in earlier models were taken care of by then like the notorious leaking valve cover.  Vacuum leaks are the big issues now as the hoses are getting on in years.  Go to http://www.amceaglenest.com/ and sort through the Forum posts.  If there is an issue, it has been found and discussed there.  You also might want to send an email to dpero2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, he has the 88 Eagle found here http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v105/Superglider/Chilson05/P1010034.jpg
