In need of a Part - 12V DC Air Horn pump or vacuum pump

I'm looking for a 12V DC Air Horn compressor ... or equivilant 12V DC mini
air/vacuum pump (preferable with inlet/outlet nipple fittings).  I'm wanting to
use this in my Hybrid Jeep Grand Wagoneer project ( Hydrogen On Demand
generator).
