Computer virus and spyware protection

Hey everybody,

To keep your computer virus and spyware free, go to www.grisoft.com and download AVG, the free version works excellent. Then go to www.pctools.com and download spybot S&D, then do a google search for Spysweeper and download it too. Run these periodically, and you will have no problems.
