For some reason the posts aren't coming through. I may have to try changing my mail setting to digest, Though that is boring! I fool with it later. This account should be O.K. till Friday. I had to rely on the online page as it goes down from time to time. I would get the guy across the road to move the gravel, but I don't know that he can get past the pile without making a mess of things. It's in a tricky spot to navigate and the gravel pile blocks the access. Plus, It's not like it's really 6 tons of gravel. It looks like I got shorted to me. The guy I've used in the past always brought the yard slip to verify the weight. This guy didn't do so, the pile looks more like about 3-4 tons. I have no proof though. I used this guy because his dump was smaller and I though he would be able to sneak it back wround where I needed it, but no dice. Not his fault, The truck just wouldn't fit! Thats the trouble with living in a hilly area! I'll get the gravel moved one way or the other. I dug the drainage ditch and bank out by hand. About 30' by 4' tapering down to 2' I had to use an electric jackhammer for 6 hours to finish ot off. I made some of my own gravel :] Moving Gravel won't be such a big deal. I have a small utility cart that dumps. Plus tow boys to help, even though they won't like it! Now back to AMC. WHO IS GOING TO CARLISLE!!!!!!??????? I actually have had the trip planned for Friday for a month or so. The price of gas is a bit of a turn off, however, I will be going! My dad has an old Ford tractor with a loader. For a nominal fee he would come move the gravel for you but paying the gas for him to get there might be a little expensive. > >Jamie Smith >Spokane, WA > >On September 27, 2005 mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > >> I guess the new email is subscribed as the first post has arrived. >> Now for the real test.
