record ebay feedback

Sometimes I click on a person's feedback more of a morbid curiosity. Can't 
read too much into it on ebay, as you have someone selling 50 cent stink 
bombs and has a billion + positive, but someone selling expensive computer 
or heads sells a few a year and has a well, lower positive feedback. But 
this is probably the worst feedback I think I have ever seen on ebay:
