I compared the manifold to an oder 4.0L manifold and while I believe it will work I'm not 100% sure. You would definitely need to port the manifolds as the ports are smaller.
I don't know how much it would hurt flow nor how much workit would take. The only old head I have is a 69 232 that still has manifoldso it. When I get to cleaning up and redoing some stuff at home I intend to test fit the manifolds with a 81 intake just to see what fit looks  like.
