My convertible

Let's try this subject header.
My dilemma, not much time, I have a 1965 880 Ambassador convertible.
I am also close to buying a 1965 990 "H" Ambassador. between these two cars I hope to build one loaded up convertible, but I think it will end up being a driver quality build as neither car really has what you would call top of the line condition parts to work with.
They are both rustbelt cars, one from Indiana, one from West virginia. The "H" car was even a flood car. it is reported to me that it appears the water level never went higher then the seat cushions and definitely never entered the instrument cluster etc;
 Both cars are 327, bucket seat console floor shift automatics. The H car seems to have a good black interior with one seem separation on the drivers seat and a small crack in the dash pad.
 So, it appears the car will be getting a black interior, which I would prefer to not have in a convertible! I'd dreamed of red and may attempt to dye it all, but that will take a lot of work and time. The final creation should have every option available that I'm aware of, right down to A/C, power windows and a tissue dispenser!
  Now that gas has topped over $2.50 a gallon I believe that the resulting car should it ever see th e light of day will have to be fueled by propane. Which leads me to needing to sort that whole thing out. At least the Conv has a massive trunk area, it's going to need it!
  My other thought is to sell off all the 327 stuff and put a stroker six in it.
I doubt that I will do that though as on six is enough. I need a little V-8 rumble now and again!
Wish me luck!
