On my way down 395 yesterday I stopped in at Pearsonville (www.pvilleparts.com). Unfortunately they don't let people walk around the yard, but he says he's goot 200+ AMCs dating back to the early 1950's. He knows his models, and described the clutch linkage parts I need to switchover my 70 Hornet (I thought that would be a good test; he knew the 6 parts were different for those early years).
There's a parts request form on their website. They're on the road to nowhere so you'll be mail-ordering.
There were three or more generations of family in the place, very rural. Just-weaned kids to toothless grandma in the front room. Pearsonville isn't even a bump on the road. Seem pretty sharp for auto parts though, there was a warehouse with somewhat neat shelves of parts plus ahuge yard out back. Land is still cheap around there!
This is the place that advertises 500,000 hubcaps. Seems literally true. Right next to the front door was a mid-70's AMC aluminum dogdish.
