A: I moved the knock sensor ahead to where one of the XJ motor mount bolts used to be. I just threaded the hole to fit and put a 12mm bolt in the FSJ bracket (same place Eagle and AMC car bolt on) where the knock sensor used to be. Now I'm putting HO EFI in my '84 J10 and it's another whole ball of wax (whacks?) trying to figure out the Grand Cherokee wiring! Not optimal location as " a light knock in a back cylinder might not get noticed, but seems to " work fine. i thought the hole was tapped for the knock sensor - unused - even on ho blocks, for compatibility reasons. the eagle diff mount boss is there somewhere. ________________________________________________________________________ Andrew Hay the genius nature internet rambler is to see what all have seen adh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and think what none thought
