I found the answer to my query. Turned out to be spam about a group who 
translate your ads to Russian then spam the heck out of other Russians (for 
a fee) I was excited because it mentioned Jeeps (I wouldn't mind seeing some 
Russian Jeeps. I hear they had a good copy of the M-715 for some time, and 

sold the design to Kia heavy industries for military use)
