Well the 4.0 is finally bolted in and almost ready to run. The AX15 fit with no floor pan modification at all other then a hole for the shifter, BARELY. It's at least .5" away from the floor pan in every direction but it fills the tunnel quite a bit, actually joining the engine and trans required moving the engine forward and tilting it quite a bit to allow the two to mate but it's looking pretty good. Problem I'm having right now is that I didn't realize the clutch slave doesn't contain a bleeder valve, FSM states there is no reason to have to bleed the system so there is no provision. I have to think there is a way, just haven't found one yet. Dumped the fluid to ensure it was fresh before reading that it's not bleedable DOH!!!! Made a dash panel out of diamond plate to allow use of the Jeep factory gauges (no speedo cable on trans etc) looks pretty trick. Worrying about having a driveshaft made and still working on mounting the in tank pump into the Javelin right now. Any advise about bleeding the clutch would be great if anyone has messed with the external slave before. ~John
