A: Can't find it for a reasonable price. All the cheap yards had the boxes hacked out of the harness already (retards that don't know how to undo a couple screws tick me off!) and the rest want close to $1,000 for the harness only! I just need to get my J10 running ASAP as my house will be going up for sale soon. The price was right, and the alarm system is something I'd like to have anyways. If I had a total wiring diagram, I could figure my way around the little probs. Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and go to Dyment of Chrysler with hat (and wallet) in hand. I'd forget about using that wiring harness and controller and get an XJ/MJ setup. Doesn't have all the fancy anti-theft junk in it or other control boxes -- unless you want some of those "features". I'm pretty sure the Toyota and Volvo has the trans controller built into the engine computer like the 96+ Jeeps. Toy/Vol probably started integrating way before 96. So an XJ/MJ or the aftermarket controller you mentioned will probably be your best bet.
