Thick or thin facts?

 Look at Ebay transaction 4563182540-part number on numbah won is 3198951.
It looks like the real thing. It has a mod or two- look in the lifter galley
and at the water jackets.
  Then look at 4562704882-part or casting number
is 3195528. On the supposed 360 auction the bores look too big. The 360
casting block on the side doesn't make it a no go per se- although one
photo seems to
indicate a 390 on the side. So what's the gig?
