Thanks guys. The SR4 is in a 1980 spirit in a local junkyard. I hoped to be able to save some money by just taking the driveshaft assembly (w/yoke) for my T5 swap into a Gremlin. Looks like no joy this time.

If you are talking Ford transmissions, YES.
If the SR4 is an AMC trans I can almost 100% say the no it will be different. The AMC SR4 most mikely uses a Chrycler 904 pattern yoke.My 82 and 83 AMC T-4and T-5 both use this yoke.
A Ford World Class will use a C-4 type yoke. As will a Ford SR4.
