Re use the bolts if they are the right length. You might have to stick some in from the front -- if they are to long they will hit the back of the rotor. If you use the bolts from the disc brake car you should be fine with length, drum bolts will probably be a little short. 

Torque them "tight" -- there is no torque setting. Just tighten snugly. The bolts are grade 5, if you decide to get replacements make sure you get grade 5 bolts. Local hardware stores will have them.
