Does anyone have any actual >literature to prove what the "H" really stands for? >It would be nice to put the proof out there! All of the materials I have state "440-H Hardtop" -- which, yes, could be confusing the matter. Best option I can think of is this... 1. Does the car actually have a Hurst branded shifter? No. 2. Does it have a Hurst logo on the car? No. The "H" does initally appear to possibly be their logo, until one notices that Rambler split their "H" horizontally. As opposed to the Hurst logo, which splits it vertically, and includes the words "Hurst" within the logo. http://www.lgmotorsports.com/shop/images/hurst-shifters.gif Cheers, Gwen Smith (Who may have to put another article up on her site) ______^_____^______ (O|O) =RAMBLER= (O|O) Gwen Smith * gwen@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------- www.gwensmith.com/interests/rambler \-<>---|770|---<>-/
