Frank,everyone, if you or anyone would want to change a vin/door tag from any car/truck or for that matters a bike, you would have to get a salavge yard letter, have a notary public, notarize it. Take it to your local license center, with a lawyer ofcouse, and have it all changed then. So good lock with it. Check with your local laws before you do this. I work at a dearship for some 30+ years now, and I have had to call DiaChrysler people to get these special rosette rivets. They are the only ones that have them.
