where are you again, Doc? Maybe we can arrange to have a list party at your place and get those seats and carpet out for you. Seriously, a couple listers may be able to come over and give you a hand one day -- never hurts to ask! Your weather sounds a lot like it is here, but you're probably more than a couple hours away.
