Not that I know of. Would be perfect for the Pacer too -- the power it needs in a compact package! Should be able to use the stock Jeep air filter box or use an aftermarket tube and cone filter. There should be no clearnace issues with the exhaust as the engine is pretty far back on the crossmember. The side plates from the original six will bolt right to a 4.0L block, so there should be no problems converting a Pacer. The Jeep trans will work, you might have a problem with the speedometer though. You will need a 2WD trans, naturally. Not common up north, but down south they are common enough, and not to pricey to ship. Up through 1995 they used a separate controller that is mounted under the glove box. 1996 and later have the trans controller integrated with the engine controller (name changed from ECU -- engine control unit -- to PCM -- powertrain control module).
